"Still perfect"

Second stay in 2 weeks and this hotel is still as perfect as it was 2 weeks ago. I love phoning reception and being greeted by name. I love arriving back after a long day and being greeted as a friend. I love how all the screws in the light fittings point upwards and i love how the lift always seems to be open on the ground floor for a quick rise to the room.

"Best Boutique Hotel in Vancouver!"

My wife and I stay at the Loden every time we visit Vancouver (three times per year) it is a gem in the heart of the city, steps away from the best coffee, great shopping, and just a few blocks to the most beautiful waterfront of any city in North America. All the staff members are caring, professional, thoughtful and helpful... the Loden defines Hospitality.

One of the most welcoming, thoughtful hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in you are met with the moor genuine hospitality from everyone who works there and there are so many thoughtful touches in the room and hotel itself. My partner and I got engaged prior to staying and we were met with a bottle of Prosecco and desert upon entering our room and note. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent and great location. Really liked it was smaller than the Fairmont or Pan Pacific, which we have stayed at before, much more personalized. Staff was wonderful! French restaurant, Tableau Bar Bistro, was fabulous.

We loved the hotel and our room. The bed was so comfy. They delivered lemon water and chocolates at night. The staff was very good. The restaurant next door was an added bonus. Would stay again.
