I had only 2 nights in this hotel. The moment arrived here made me welcomed and all staff and team are taking care of sick girlfriend. She was sick during stay. Liam is often check on her. At the breakfast , Menz and breakfast team members were amazing performances as professional skills as waiters with big smile. Thanks to all members Boom,Emmy,Mai,Noey,Chompu,Pai,Tia,Ploy,Chompu and Tong. Arigatougozaimashita. We hope to come back for holiday soon :)

Probably the best holidays thanks to the beautiful human beings working there!!! - Noom and Maan for their banging cocktails and laughter - Melon (dragon ceremony amongst other things), Miw (amazing sense of humour), Massaya, Payu, Jenny, Nui and Joy at Z bar. The food there is incredibly tasty!!! - Mango, Ploy, May, Nom, Emmy… many more! At the Veranda. Always big bright smiles when having breakfast, great way to start the day with their positive energy - Last but not least: Melania (yoga mat saver!!!), Aunz and Sunny (endless advice) Thank you all for making our stay so special

We spent 3 wonderful days in the Naka Island Luxury Hotel!!! Amazing location, hotel and staff!!! Service is just excellent and in particular Ploy who assisted us just perfectly 😊 Villa with sea view and private swimming pool is the perfect place to be even if there is no direct access to the beach from the villa which could be a plus!!

I’m not usually the type to write a review after my stay, but this experience truly deserves recognition. I work in the hospitality industry myself, and I felt it was important to acknowledge the incredible team at this beautiful property. My opinion is honest and thoughtful — especially because my first night didn’t begin perfectly due to an incident and a miscommunication. However, I want to give full credit to Khun Tun, the Front Office Night Manager, who immediately took charge of the situation. He demonstrated true leadership, handled everything calmly, and resolved the matter with professionalism and care. Because of him, the situation turned into a positive experience. I would also like to recognize the wonderful front office ladies at the port — Khun Ivy, Ohmmy, and another lady whose name I sadly forgot (possibly Natasha). They were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Ivy, especially, was kind, attentive, and took the time to explain details clearly and show us around the resort when we first arrived. From the recreation team, Dome truly stood out. He was very friendly and gave me excellent advice while I was working out at the gym. He went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my time there. Rock also did an amazing job during the sunset kayaking experience, ensuring both my safety and that it was truly unforgettable. And I absolutely cannot forget Sunny — she was the highlight of my stay. She was incredibly kind and sweet, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything and genuinely making my days brighter. Thank you as well to Nilson for chatting with me and making sure my stay was going well. The property itself is already beautiful, but what truly makes this place special is the people. Everyone I interacted with — from the port staff to the boat driver and many others whose names I didn’t get — treated me like family. That feeling means everything and is what makes this place so memorable and attractive. I’m already thinking about coming back again. Thank you to everyone for making this stay such a special experience. I truly and greatly appreciate it. I will be back — I promise.

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience at this property. Titanium perks were exemplary as we got upgraded to a Villa with private pool. I think this property benefits from great management and it shows from the bottom up. Each and every encounter with staff and management was always pleasant. When a property has management in operations and food service always around and engaging guests, you have a recipe for success. Wish we had booked a longer stay!

Our stay at The Naka Island was nothing short of perfect. The hotel is on an island near Phuket, so it is convenient to get to but so much more peaceful. Our room was light and spacious with a beautiful view, and the pool and beach areas were the perfect places to relax. Our personal curator, Ploi, was also a delight - she anticipated our every need and made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return to this lovely hotel!
