A Seaton Dream

Everything was great! Although the jets in the tub were a bit clogged, but after we let them run for a bit, everything was great

We liked that our room had a balcony which looked out to a shed decorated like a gingerbread cottage. This balcony would be lovely in the summer to sit and have a beverage in the evening. This location is a 15 min walk to Eaton Centre and subway station. Jamie provides a super breakfast and company. It's like sitting and talking to a friend. Would recommend to anyone!!

Warm welcome, lovely area, great hosts and breakfast -- what's not to like?

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in October. Our room was spacious and comfortable and it was a pleasure to come home to after a day of touring or shopping. Breakfast was amazing and something different was prepared each day by our wonderful host.

Jamie was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our conversations over breakfast as much as the breakfast itself. A lovely way to start our day.

The location is great, not too far away from downtown area and restaurants. The problem is the homeless and sketchy people wandering around in the area. Of course this is not the owner’s fault. Our room was extremely clean. The owner did an amazing job renovating the house. My only recommendation for the owner is to use better towels and bedding. The bed also was extremely uncomfortable. We felt the springs digging into our backs.

Great B&B, hospitable, religious breakfast, all in walking distance to city center.

Questionable neighborhood. but overall a good experience. Host was very hospitable. Room was better than I expected. I would reccommend this property to anyone with only one caviat. A lot of homeless people in the area.

A wonderful B&B close to the city. The owners made you feel so welcome. Seaton Dream is clean with a very high standard of rooms. The breakfasts are 5 star.

Service was great. We were met at the front door and our bags were immediately carried to our room in the basement. We were provided with a list of selected area restaurants and were able to visit two during our stay (both were great). Breakfast at the B&B was a real treat and conversations with other guests was enlightening. We understood that parking could be an issue, but we found a spot on the street just one house down from the B&B, left the car there for our entire stay (3 nights) and walked a few blocks to catch a bus and connect to the subway. We are in our mid 60s and walk a lot, but even somebody not as active could probably do this.
