The place is charming the hosts Jamie and Alan are exceptional, they are attentive without being over the top. They offered advice on the attractions and where we could eat locally which was invaluable ands map of Toronto which was so useful. The breakfast is outstanding. We have never stayed in a b&b before and would definitely stay with them again and hope to return next year

Cozy clean rooms in quiet area close to Dundas square . Excellent host with personalized touch in dealing with all guests . Great chef and serves very good breakfast. Booked cab for airport on request.

in a great location, very clean and well furnished. The hosts Jamie and Alan are lovely and helpful with local info. The breakfasts are amazing and different every day. I never give full marks (always room for improvement) but Seaton Dream get 10/10 from both my husband and i. If i was going back to Toronto this is were i would want to stay every time

We liked everything about this b & b but most of all we liked the owners Jamie and Alan who were so warm and welcoming We would definitely recommend this b & b to anyone wanting a friendly and relaxing holiday in Toronto

My fiancee and I had a brilliant stay Jamie and Alan are great host's and have a lovely home the breakfast was superb along with the presentation, you would find this hard to beat even in a 5star Hotel we would definitely revisit and recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the 1st time as most tourist attractions are just a streetcar or subway visit away apart from Niagara falls of course Absolutely Brilliant

The owner was very welcoming and hospitable. He provided advice about local restaurants and was willing to 'go the extra mile'. Breakfasts were excellent - a different cooked breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable with a balcony.
