Courtyard by Marriott Atlantic City Beach Block

The rooms were clean and the Check in staff named Mike tried to help us but the higher authorities were not releasing any rooms to us.

We were standing at the check in counter from 3pm but we checked in only at 6pm. We were stranded with our small kids for so long. The bathroom in the lobby were locked and it was so difficult with the kids.They kept saying the rooms are not ready and u will have to wait for the rooms to get ready. When we asked for how long, they kept saying we don’t know. We had to literally raise our voice and ask for the room. The AGM was so unprofessional and just didn’t care about anything. We were not given any water in the rooms and the AC in one room was completely off and we were so uncomfortable as it was so hot.

They're wasn't anything complementary ice machine's were broken and theyre was a lot of construction but outside of that everything else was fine. Room, and location was key.

That they're was anything complementary such as tooth paste, traveling to other floors for ice and being slotted but a heavy construction area. If I was opposite of that I would have been able to look past the other minor things as it doesn't take much to please me.
