I have been staying at the Westin whenever I am in Baltimore. The hotel has been making significant efforts to improve its staffing and facilities. I recently had a fantastic experience at their restaurant. I want to extend my gratitude to Ms. Aster for her excellent service and professionalism. Looking forward to staying in the near future.

The room we were in the ac was definitely broken. We didn't realize it until the morning when it was 72 in the room and the carpet was wet near the ac. The person checking us out didn't seem too happy and upon leaving my partner said when they checked us in it was the same person and she just didn't seem to enjoy being there. The rooms are super nice and comfortable.

"Just go to the embassy if no other options"

It's great if you have never stayed at a surrounding hotel. My previous stay was at the embassy next door and that's where I should've gone this time. Embassy vs. Westin! Parking Charge? Embassy No Westin Yes. Complimentary Breakfast Embassy yes Westin no. Westin average bedrooms and tub had a previous occupants out of the wrap SOAP still in place. If I had no other options; it's not that bad! It certainly isn't my first or second choice for my next visit.
