Our room was above the front doors of the entrance, you can here everything from cars pulling up to people talking, the room is very noisy

"Accessible and Clean Overnight"

Stayed here for a blended work and personal trip. Room was clean, updated, comfortable, and quiet. Staff at check in were friendly. The hotel is close to local shopping and dining. Downtown and local attractions are about 15-20 miles south and easy to get to from the hotel.

"Hotel is in need of a redo"

The lobby of the hotel is very nice. It looks as though it has been redone. My room has not been redone and is old and doesn't work. 1) the thermostat doesn't work. I asked the front desk to send a maintenance person to the room. They did and he said the thermostat has been disconnected. How was I supposed to know that? 2) I was here for 4 days and asked to have the room refreshed. It was not done 3) The room was very desk and the floor lamp was not working. I asked to have the light fixed or replaced. It was not done. I am a loyal marriott customer and am very upset about the total lack of customer service this marriott provides. I come to this area on a regular basis and will look for another hotel in the area for my next trip. I don't these hotel issues while I am on a business trip. This hotel is just creating stress for me.
