This place was a comfortable safe and quiet

I never write reviews, ever. but Haley at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly and always there, and the fact that she was always there and friendly is amazing. She took great care of us was always enthusiastic to see us returned to the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, she likely needs a day off but her attitude never suggested that she was anything but happy to be at work.

Convenient with plenty of things to do in the area. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I am staying at North Stone Legacy in San Antonio and I’d like to recognize Haley for her outstanding customer service. They do not clean the rooms everyday. They will clean the room every 2 nights

Though it was a short stay, the staff was very accommodating, efficient, and welcoming, and the property was very clean and convenient

I made a reservation at this Courtyard in April for a king suite. When I arrived on May 23, I was assigned a handicapped room which had not been cleaned properly. I asked to be changed to a normal King suite, I was told no. I mentioned I was a loyal Bonvoy member, and the clerk rudely stated, "what do you want me to do, kick someone out?" I said no, I would go to another hotel, which I did. (not a Marriott Property). Later I received a call stating I would be charged for one night due to the fact I checked in early. I stated I would dispute the charge and that I check in early to ensure I received the suite I reserved. I did receive a call later stating they would waive the charge "this one time". I believe I deserved the credit and must say no need to worry about a one time courtesy, because I will not return.
