I so wanted to give a 5 star but took a point off for the fact that there was a fire alarm battery that went out around 1 AM with no maintenance on site that kept us up all night. However, the staff and management did do right by helping us out and not only compensating our stay in points but moved us to a different room that was more quiet and away from the elevators

"Nephew Getting Married/Sight Seeing"

The rooms were clean and so nice and COOL when we walked in from our early flight. Haley at the front desk was full of smiles, helpful information and even her personal umbrella as we left in the pouring down rain and storm! Kay was at the front desk when we returned from the River Walk. She was a life saver bc we were so exhausted and just needed a quick bite to eat. She recommended a Door Dash and problem solved. Oscar was at the Front Desk overnight and helped with a noise problem upstairs that we so appreciated. There was also another day shift young lady at the desk with an adorable smile and long brown hair that took a picture of us but we dispatch her name. 🙁It was an overall excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

"Convenient location"

First, I asked the Front Desk person if she could put me in a room near the elevator. She said yes but it would be on the 4th floor. I said, perfect! When I got to me room it was more than 3/4 down the hall. Toilet was very low the floor and was very hard for me to get up and down. My bed was very hard which is not normal for a Courtyard Marriott. Didn't sleep for my two nights.

"Great Location and Staff"

At checkin Hailey was so very nice and professional, I only wished that my room was on the other side of the hotel due to the road noise ! Although, I could have asked to be moved also. Love the location of this Courtyard by Marriott.
