The location is excellent. Rooms are quite comfortable. The premises are well maintained with a lot of amenities. The ayurvedic center is also quite good with great staff.

The service at the restaurant was underwhelming. The cutleries and napkins were missing most of the times as tables are not prepared after the previous guests. The common restrooms like the one in the restaurant and the reception are not upto the standards. We also had some minor technical issues (room keys, water from air conditioning) which were fixed after contacting the reception.

I loved the property for its serene location with stunning backwaters view.

Disappointing Private Pool Villa: Stayed in the top-tier category at Estuary Sarovar Premier, Poovar, paying a premium price, but faced a complete disaster—filthy unclean pool, severe bathroom water logging flooding into the bedroom, and non-functional smart TV forcing reliance on mobile phones during our staycation. Poor Service and Neglect of Guests: Reception required 3-4 calls for basics, often failing to deliver despite promises; couldn’t arrange pre-requested simple birthday decor for my wife; golf carts took 20-25 minutes to arrive, prioritizing check-in guests over existing customers. Mediocre Food: Quality was average at best, not matching the luxury billing. Minor Compensation: Front desk manager offered complimentary airport drop, but it barely salvaged the overall unpleasant experience—strongly advise against booking here.
