Grand Palms Resort

They welcomed my service animal.

Didn't know it was pet friendly. Not sure if it was for 29 condo. Nice exercise with pools and sidewalks. Nice location for restaurants. Friendly people but I was overwhelmed checking in after a 4.5 hour drive and Wyndham resort was asking for my credit card for a 60.00 hold credit card fee for a show up for a high pressure sales to buy a plan for travelling for the next 10 years. Seemed it was expected if you were staying at their resort. Stressful to me when I was only there for a short time and was just trying to relax. The presentation was more than 90 minutes. I think it was about 2.5 hours. Overall it was a nice time and I am thankful anytime I have a vacation.

Overall the property is fine. Location is good, and the staff was friendly and condo was clean. We were disappointed that the condo did not match the picture of what we reserved. What we got was a condo that was not at all updated. The beds were not comfortable and the linens were scratchy. The living room furniture looked to be at least 15 years old. Not what was pictured. This is a two bedroom loft that was actually on the second floor, so you enter from the parking lot and have a long flight of narrow stairs to the mainfloor of the condo, then another flight to the bedroom. The lott is open to the mainfloor but it is the upstairs bedroom, so you hear everything from the mainfloor like you are sitting with them. Not private from that respect. You can't see what's going on but you hear everything from conversation to television. Would not rent this again. Might rent at the resort, but not this type of condo.

Upon arrival nice room,but no shower curtain,asked for one to be hung,they left it on our room door,I had to hang it myself!

Wonderful stay!

The property is always clean with very good location to shopping and dining and the beach ⛱️! We did have a problem with my mother's room where the key cards weren't working and inconvenient to my mother 3 times to go back to the office for reprogrammimg

It was ok, one of the front desk clerks was a little rude and had an ugly attitude as I was checking in. I had asked for a manager and she said she didn’t know when they were coming in and had left it at that. So I had asked another desk clerk about a manager and they were able to bring one out. Overall the stay with my kids was great, just minus the rudeness of the desk clerk

The property was clean. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

The room was clean and I liked that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. The microwave and fridge were great for restaurants' leftovers.

Very nice and safe and comfortable resort. Would definitely recommend staying here!
