Room service for ordering food from the restaurant for delivery it took me two hours to get my food and I couldn't even get in touch with the restaurant. The price of the food was to high for the quantity or the quality. The operator was literally not helpful at all, everything i ask you would connect me to a number that would just rung until I hung up

Being treated rudely, the shape the room is really in. The pictures on the website need to be modified because that is not what they look like. The room smelled horrible carpet was ripped badly. We felt as if we were treated poorly because we are white. ....we never saw anyone that wasn't white being treated rudley.

It was our first time here. The atmosphere is inviting and the slot area & poker room are very nice, but very smoky. There are only a few areas that the A/C is blowing above you that helped a bit, but for the most part, it’s not ventilated very well. We got a room on the 12th floor which had been renovated and it was very nicely done. The only negatives were that the A/C is not very cold and the room has a smell of smoke even though we are in a non-smoking room. I’m assuming it’s from the ventilation/air conditioning. If they could get that figured out, it would be a 10. Restaurants… unfortunately we were here on a Wednesday evening and most of the restaurants close early except for the burger place and Chinese restaurant.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. My room was nice and clean. I enjoyed myself and hope to come back soon!!

Did not book this room husband did. I will never trust him again. Room old, musty smell. Everything smells like stale cigarettes and marijuana. Mold in tile grout in bathroom , top sheet had holes in. However, room was clean. Only good thing to add to this review.
