"A Little Relaxation"

The Hotel and Casino was really nice. The room was comfortable and large. We used the room service the first night and everything was good. This was a trip for relaxation and we got a lot of it.

We checked in on April 26 at 5:34pm. When we went to are room we realized it wasn’t the room we booked. I returned to the checking desk and spoke with the clerk, who told me that it’s not guaranteed you will get the room you paid for. I did not agree with that and she told me that I could talk to the supervisor on duty. When the supervisor came out she did not have a so pleasant demeanor. I reassured her that I wasn’t trying to be difficult but we did want the room we paid for. She seemed disturbed, never smiled and never made eye contact. I think that her behavior was unacceptable when working in customer service. It’s a beautiful hotel but the wrong employees can ruin it.
