Horseshoe Tunica, A Caesars Destination

Room was filthy, dust everywhere, mystery stain on the mattress, wheelchair user, room was as far from the elevator as you can get.

Construction issues have made the stay less than desirable. We are here on a rewards stay and it's not costing us much but the room next to us is being renovated along with lots of other rooms. It started at 7:44am and was still going at 7:30pm. I called multiple times and they were not very helpful with getting the noise stopped. They were working on the bathroom that abuts ours making the space feel uncomfortable. I would not assign rooms next to active renovations. Regardless the amount t we paid for the room we are spending plenty in the casino so we shouldn't have to be next to an on going construction site, they said it could be heard anywhere and didn't offer to move us. Maybe by the summer it will be better. Just crappy for our visit. Other issues: There isn't a dresser or luggage rack. So plan to live out of your suitcase. The Wi-Fi is very slow You can't stream on the tv The beds are hard, so is you like that it's great if not.... The casino is smoking.... It's been years since I've been to a smoking casino so I was surprised. Haven't had a great meal yet but only been to one restaurant and it was just fried food.

The bed was terrible, it was long hair in the bed, all over the pillow cases, and my bathroom was not clean either.

Comfy bed very nice remodeled room.

The first room our air went out had to move rooms. Then it wasn't working in the second one either. But by that point I didn't want to change rooms again. It was 78 when we checked out. When I complained all I got was sorry no offer to comp a room on a future stay or nothing. Plus the room I paid for was a king and they claimed to be sold out of kings so we were given a double queen. Which for us doesn't work.

The game was really good there

I like the casino itself. The room was decent. I thought a room by the pool would be nice but a DJ was set up right outside the window. We would go back but the offers i get from here are the worst of anywhere we go. We visit 3 other Caesars properties frequently that give me $800-$1200 per month plus food credit. The Beau Rivage gives me $1500 per month. The IP, that I’ve barely ever been to gives me $600 a month. Hollywood Casino offered me $1000 just to stay at the hotel. The casinos in Philadelphia,ms gives me $2000 a month, free suites, unlimited food credit, free tickets to everything, travel money, and money to spend in their stores. In February The Horseshoe Tunica offered me I believe $100 total. I don’t even see any free play offers for March. We aren’t going to waste our time driving to the middle of no where unless they start giving comparable offers.

The Roma in the casino are renovated. I stayed in a large king bed room with hardwood floors. Very nice and very spacious. Definitely staying here again!!
