Its a good property, you have medical shop just on the corner and for basic aminites you have supermarket about 400 meters form here. They do not provide laundry services. 🙁

Overall would definitely recommend. Front desk was fine, but not the friendliest. If you didn’t get to breakfast before 8, your food would be cold. Otherwise, very clean, door men and cleaning staff were very kind.

The staff at Hotel Santa Cruz was very accommodating! 24 hour security and concierge, everyone was very sweet and the room was quite spacious. Very clean too and well located. Would definitely recommend

Great location, piece of mind for any tourist that like to walk, friendly but unprofessional staff, the hotel policy are not clear and they used them in a bad faith way, overall 3 out 5 stars
