Still Waters Resort

Close proximity to the lake.

First room had no lake view. Had to change rooms and there was an upgrade fee.

The paint & sip is not a guided paint class and instructed by under aged kids. Very disappointing The coffee shop workers showed up late to open. Uncomfortable furniture. My husband couldn’t sleep on this bed so left a day early and nobody bothered to compensate or even acknowledge. Noise the whole time from construction and lawn equipment. The concierge doesn’t always know where activities are happening and gives misinformation and charisma more about scheduling tours than being accommodatingNot all food stations were open

Better management and training. Schedule all lawn work to be done at one time during morning hours. Upgrade beds and couches. Educate concierge, especially in knowing where all scheduled activities are. Hire activities coordinators age 21 and older and stay informed if they are meaningful and appropriate before initiating.

Very nice place to stay at. Not too far from the main part of town.

Pools are crowded all day, and the soon to be open indoor pool is going to be form members only.

Everything was right there! I feel room 119 is in the best location! Everything was in walking distance!

Not knowing ahead of time what you need to bring with you as far as dish soap, dishwasher tabs!

Family friendly!

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Overall accommodations were very nice.
