Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Customer service was really good

The room was terrible! Very uncomfortable, horrible smell. I pretty sure there were bedbugs cuz I itched the entire night!

Didn't know of the breakfast. It was a nice experience overall.

The hot tub, it was dirty and the jets did not work. At check in a was told about new additions, was signed up for something that i did not sign up for.

"This was supposed to be an anniversary celebration weekend, but the issues used up time we didn’t get to do other things"

The room wasn’t ready until 3 1/2 hours later than advertised. The hot water heater wasn’t turned on until the next morning.
