"They need a course in customer service."

The room and location is great. The office staff was rude. They had rented me a boat slip for a period of time. Which was fully paid for. But apparently over booked it and insisted I had to move to another slip and when I started questioning this the young lady said " do you understand how a reservation works".

The room was nice, quiet very spacious big bathtub spacious shower pizza world was really good food at decent prices pools were nice and the lake was with in walking distance

The timeshare we told them 4 different time that we could not afford it and still they pressured us to buy and we had to wait 4 hours for are room this made me and my wife second guess are next stay at this resort

I like that it was out of the way of how busy the strip is. There are great accommodations and things to do.

Nothing. If there were any changes we received a message immediately. The resort kept us updated on everything going on around the resort.

Love this resort… we always have five star service. Everyone is kind, friendly, responsive and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well-laid out. Comfortable beds, sofa. Plenty to do for kids and adults alike.
