Still Waters Resort

I have stayed here a few times and it use to be a nice place!

The condo we had in H building had a horrible smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and they were multiple spiders. We contacted the staff nothing got done, and then we were asked to participate in a tour only to be interrogated in buying a trade share.!

It was secluded, but still so much to do

It was a great location and the overall exterior of the property was very nice.

The interior is a little dated. The furniture had stains, baseboards were dirty and even rotted in the bathroom. We had left over hair in our main bath tub, there was spider webs in the bathroom. The wi-fi didn’t work and the only tv that worked was in the master bedroom (we had a 2 bedroom suite).

I liked that it was close to silver dollar city and I liked that they provided transportation from the facility to the part that was really good for guest

1. The picture online are completely different than what the actual place looks like. You go check in and have to drive to find your bld your room is located in. You past by other private homes that are writhing the same area within the resort. Not sure what to think about that at all. 2. This whole style of resort/ hotel is not a traditional hotel at all. It’s a type of accommodation that caters for people who want to sleep and do lake activities. When you make reservations it shows that you can cook but not all units have kitchen. No breakfast in site no restaurant except a pizza place that was closed most of the night and a taco place. So you have to drive to find food. Rooms are clean- just be aware that you will do your own cleaning. No one tells you about room services and apparently you have to call them to get towels or fresh lines. No hairdryers in rooms. One trash bag with your trash can. Staff at the check in for not explain any information that can make your stay easier instead they try to sell you vacation packages which was also another experience own it’s own that was horrible. I can go on the list is long…

Beds were comfy. It was quiet. 14 minutes away from branson strip. Only 4 minutes to silver dollar city.

The tv didn't wrk. Phone didn't wrk. A.c kept shutting off and room was jot at night. I told the office. No apologies and nobody ever came to fix it.
