Great location 2 minutes to beach

Clean and comfortable. Great value for the area. That said, it does not have the amenities of a resort. The beach is 3 minutes walk. Beautiful beach with no facilities. You must walk 7-10 minutes in either direction on beach for beautiful beach bars-restaurant. The Deck at Seven Seas or Hemmingways at the Sands. Both have great food and drinks. But it does cost double to stay at those resorts. So Inn at Grace bay is more affordable and out on the street there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within 2-10 minutes walk depending where you want to go. Also note that they have a building under construction by beach one looks to have rest rooms the other not sure what it is. So maybe in future they will at least be bathrooms at beach.

Quiet, near the beach . Ariel is wonderful in helping with any of your needs including making dinner reservations.

Great place to stay! Short walk to everything including the beach. It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting - everything was pretty dated - but it was very comfortable and very clean! The pool was always pristine and the bed was like a cloud! I’d stay here again bc the price is right.

Perfect location especially for first timers in TCI. The beach on this part of Grace Bay was amazing - almost secluded! Ariel was a wonderful host and the breakfast croissants were delicious!

Our second time using this facility and looking forward to our third! Great place and great location. Ariel is a great host and took good care of us.

Great location. Beautiful condo. Terrific beach. Near fantastic restaurants. Very safe. Quiet. People very friendly.

Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. The excellent manager Ariel was on hand providing coffee and croissants in the morning but also happily arranging trips, taxis and offering other guidance for the area. The beach is a few minutes leisurely walk and there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket within about ten minutes walk. The island is not at all cheap so we were very happy with the value for money provided by this property.
