The Inn at Grace Bay

Stayed for a week with family of two teenagers. We had a 3rd floor balcony that was very clean and bright. The condo had everything we needed including washer and dryer. The property manager, Ariel, was very helpful in arranging taxis and excursions. He greeted us each morning with coffee and pastries by the pool. Easy 3 minute walk to the gorgeous beach with access to beach loungers. Also very close walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

The Inn at Grace Bay was great spot, Ariel was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location was right in town and close to everything!

Property manager was very welcoming and knowledgeable, was readily available. Property was in great location and very clean and comfortable.

Kitchen and Bedroom were fine. Living area ok, the pull out sofa was uncomfortable. Balcony needs a facelift. The washroom needs renovation. Smell of sewage in the bathroom, curtains in living rooms has brown stains, needs some work. Ariel friendly and accommodating.

This was a perfect location to walk to many shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach.

I’m back from my trip. When I checked in I was told there was water damage in my room. They waited to tell me until check in and there was not another room available. The manager Ariel never got back with me about the water damage and mold smell in the room. NO COMMUNICATION. Buyer BEWARE! Do not book with this company.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We specifically booked this place because it had a kitchen and it is located on grace bay beach. There was more than enough room for my two young children and my husband. The pool was nice and clean as well. There were not many people so we basically had the pool all to ourselves. The kids loved it. They also loved the beach. It is a few minutes walk to the beach. There is free parking on site at the hotel. The host - Ariel - was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The washing machine and dryer was a plus! I’d definitely recommend if you have small children.

Location is perfect. Just 3-4 min walk to the beach and the BEST beach we’ve ever seen (and we’ve been looking). Grace Bay is where you want to be - so many restaurants and conveniences within walking distance. Ariel is excellent and helps with anything you need. Absolutely loved the Inn and can’t wait to return.

There was a tiny maintenance issue caused by some heavy rain but owner and Ariel were working to address it. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us! Had everything we needed to feel at home.
