This property is centrally located to everything, including the beach which is a stone’s throw away (down a short street out the back of the property) and there are even beach chairs for guests of the inn. Ariel was helpful to arrange a car for us (brought right to the inn) for a few days so we could explore (plenty of parking at the inn and just next to it on the street) and he called a taxi for us when we left. He answered our questions about this and that, too. It’s nice to have your own kitchen to make a few meals as everything on this island is very expensive (the grocery store is less than a mile away on foot). The French morning pastries and coffee Ariel serves (included) are a nice treat, too. Our room even had a slight view of the ocean. If you’re looking for fancy this isn’t it; this is a reasonably priced place for those of us who want a luxury island location without the luxury price tag. You can visit and eat at those luxury places without staying there fyi (unless they’re all inclusive.) There is construction going on next door (which was loud on occasion) and we couldn’t tell when that might be done. This really isn’t any fault of the inn so it’s unfair to hold the construction against them, but I mention it in full disclosure as perhaps it matters to you. If you plan to explore and go to the beach this shouldn’t matter much. So glad we found this place and we hope to come back again!

Perfect apartment l! Cozy, well equipped, and walking distance to beautiful beach and shopping area. Very convenient to all the fun things we did- snorkeling, horseback riding, kayaking. Pool area felt like a private oasis. Managers are super nice and very helpful! Great value for TCI! We’d definitely stay here again.

This is our second consecutive year visiting the TCI and staying at the Inn at Grace Bay. Ariel and Jane, the property managers are not only amazing humans but also incredibly good at their jobs, making you feel welcome and supported. Within walking distance we had access to shopping, restaurants, bars, a gourmet supermarket, beautiful Grace Bay beach, spas, Potcake Place, and The Bight where we enjoyed the Fish Fry festivities. You won't regret it.

A hidden little Gem in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. It’s a short little walk to the beach ( 3-4 minute walk). The condo itself was nice and had everything you could possibly want. The bed was a bit firm for our liking ~ but not really a complaint. Ariel does a great job managing the property. He is very knowledgable about the area and local restaurants. He Even booked some tours for us! Ariel has croissants by the pool every morning from 0800-0900. Great time to ask him questions and/ or meet other guests. The property is close to the downtown area ~ we walked to many of the local establishments every night to have dinner. The area is very safe. There really was no need for us to rent a car. When we come back to the island ~ we will definitely be staying here again!

This was the perfect place for our recent girls trip. Very close to the most beautiful beach, plenty of coffee shops, shopping, and dining within walking distance. The unit itself was a little dated but very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony, well equipped kitchen, a cold AC, and we enjoyed having our own washer/dryer. We also enjoyed the pool very much. Ariel and Jane were friendly and helpful too, wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Ariel was very attentive and available to whatever we needed. Very easy 2 to 4 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches at Turks & Caicos. The amenities were plenty and you had everything at hand iron, washing machine dryer, full kitchen and freezer with ice packs. Smart TVs and nice furniture. Well thought out.

Property was great, the property manager Ariel was great, Really close walk to one of the world’s best beaches. Everything you can need is near by and walkable.

Place was a nice area, close to everything we needed. Also a little apartment feel to it with good open space feel.
