We loved the suite & location

We were told that there was a restaurant on site. Disappointed that there was no restaurant or bar on property. Also on the day of our check out, two housekeepers hung out for hours outside the bedroom window, talking. Felt tthat was intrusive right outside bedroom window.

لايوجد نظافة / غير نظيفة/ الغرفة مليئة( حشرة البق) سيئة جداً ( تايم شير ) مالكها شخص وليست شركة ، لا انصح بها لعدم نظافتها الممرات الخارجية مليئة بشباك العنكبوت والحشرات . وحدة التكييف وحدة تحكم واحدة لجميع الغرف… السعر مبالغ فيه جداً … قديمة جداً

This property is very clean & the staff is very friendly. It's family-friendly, w/ people respecting young children by wearing appropriate bathing suits & beach attire. Overall, the room was clean & well suited to live comfortably & prepare your own meals. There's only a snack stand by the pool & no restaurants, but there are many dining options w/in a few minutes drive. Overall, we were MOSTLY satisfied w/ our stay, BUT there are a few things worth noting that aren't apparent from the info online. First, all pictures online show rooms overlooking the beach. What isn't shown is a 2nd building that is NOT on the beach, which has a VERY LIMITED view of the ocean that is blocked by trees and a raised pavillion overlooking the beach. There are 32 rooms in this building and 48 rooms that are beachfront, giving you a 40% chance of NOT being on the beach. I had NO CLUE there were rooms not on the beach, so this was VERY disappointing! 2nd, the rooms in the roadside building have balconies 1/2 the size of those on the beachside, and no access to the balcony from the en-suite rooms as shown in pics online. Again, disappointing! I unfortunately got a room on the lowest possible floor in the roadside building, eliminating any chance of seeing the beach. Also, the pool pumps were directly below our room, & the CONSTANT LOUD noise made sitting on the balcony not enjoyable. The noise wasn't an issue inside, but it & no beach view made the balcony only a place to dry bathing suits/towels

Having a room facing the ocean was the highlight of the stay. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us and it made a whole lotta difference

We love the Jensen Beach area and this is the second time at this property. We would highly recommend a vacation here if you want excellent beaches, great accommodations and a friendly staff to assist you with anything you might need. Don't hesitate to explore this wonderful bit of paradise.

I was very conflicted about rating this location. Tell tale sign is that there are no visible Marriott or Westin marquees on the premises. So. The ocean views, sunrise and sunset - even for the back building spectacular- a five. Beach is nice, not crowded and in June with nice breezes with temp in high 80’s, weather perfect beach is a five. Showers, cold water a 1. Condo itself - nice, well kept nicely furnished with good cooking Utensils between a 4 and a 5. Property gas grills for cooking out did not go above 325 that gets a one. Nothing on property - gets a 2. Pool gets between a 3 and a 4. Close to a lot of good restaurants. So overall, in spite of some shortcomings will rate it a 4. We would come back.

Our 3 babies learned to swim from infancy in this pool…Viatina wouldn’t be Vistana without Mr. Barry. He makes everything so special he is like the best extension you could ever have at this property and we love him so very much. XOXOXO the Romano family PS we will continue to visit every year as we have since my babies were babies thank you for being so honest and loyal. You are our happy place.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Villa was clean and comfortable. Showers alternated between hot and cold. Master shower (in our villa)needs a new handle to turn shower on and off. It works with difficulty. Very relaxing untouristy area. We loved this about the region - low key.
