Friendly staff, nice hotel. Wish they had fans on the porch and the rooms. It was a bit warm, but overall a great family getaway!

What they post as the photo, maybe NOT be what you get. We made a room reservation assuming it was the building in their promo photo. That is the 'front' building - they put us in the 'back' building (those might be time shares in the front). The room is amazing. (but it was partial ocean view) The beach is amazing; however, our 4th floor room was DIRECTLY overlooking the pool pump area (which was covered by sail shades), and we heard it ALL DAY/NIGHT. There are powerful pumps to clean the pool, and the machinery is loud...I could hear it even with windows closed. If you are on the balcony, you can barely hear the ocean. We let the desk know we were not happy (after 1 night) and requested a discount or room change. NEITHER was done, no return call was made to us, and for us, customer service is EVERYTHING. We are not normally the type to complain, but it was very hard to sleep with the noise outside the room. The pool equipment needs to be moved or updated to a quieter system.

Had a lovely balcony and view where you could hear the waves. The pool was nice, and the snack bar was handy. All staff were very friendly. They had grills available though we didn't use them. The beach was a very quick walk across the dune via boardwalk. It was a nice stay!

Great quiet location directly on the beach. The room was clean and spacious. No restaurant on site, but there are lots of options in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice resort in a great location. My very large two bedroom apartment was very modern and in in great shape. It had a wonderful ocean view. It has a nice pool and hot tub, but no fitness center. The beach is really nice. Don't pay $40 per day to rent beach chairs. Go to Walmart or some other store and buy a couple of chairs that you will just leave behind.

Had a great vacation. Right on the beach. We had the front bldg. Choose a room on the 3rd floor or higher to see the water from your room. Each room has their own private balcony. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Very large unit. Very clean and the grounds are clean. BBq area too. The pool is very nice and protected from the wind between the 2 bldgs. The staff are very friendty and helpful.Close the Jensen Beach town with shops and restaurants. Thursday nights is Jammin Jensen. That's fun.. Close to Stuart with lots of cute shops and restaurants
