Beautiful suite, pool and ocean view

We have been to the Hilton Beach Club a few years ago & when returning to Maui we HAD to return! Beautiful views, beachfront/access, AMAZING customer service, concierge staff are wonderful & knowledge, parking is EASY & covered, the pool is BIG & landscaped beautifully! The location is perfect. Steps away from yummy food trucks & a great grocery store, plus several local restaurants!

The shower had a rain-style head, which was a nice touch, though we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use it at first. The kitchenette was extremely well-stocked—it had everything we needed, including scissors, a bottle opener, wine opener, rice cooker, and decent knives. The coffee maker was a little tricky, but thankfully, clear instructions were provided in one of the drawers. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room helped keep things cool. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning seemed to turn off at a certain time during the night, which made it a bit stuffy, but it wasn’t a big deal. The pool area was clean and pleasant. Although the hotel asks guests not to reserve lounge chairs, some people still did. The waterslide looked fun, though we didn’t try it. We also didn’t use the beach chairs, but they seemed popular. One thing to note—the towel policy was a little frustrating. On our first day, we left early for the Road to Hāna, and it seemed like the staff were reluctant to provide more towels than the number of towel cards issued. However, it didn’t end up being a major problem, especially around the pool. Each floor only has one washer and dryer, so keep that in mind if you plan to do laundry

I liked that they were able to get me in the same room with 2 different reservations, but I didn't like that I had to check out then back in when I booked a stay for an additional night

The property was very well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach is perfect and the pool is very welcoming.

Very nice property overall. Sheets were extremely scratchy. Limited self parking available.

We had an amazing time! Loved being there! Great for a honeymoon place to go! Rent a car so you can drive to the other parts of the beach & island. Great place to be at!

Staffs were great but the property is old

The hotel rooms were large, beautiful views, perfect location on the beach, near a lot of restaurants and supermarkets that are easy to walk to also, staff are very friendly and helpful, quick responses when texting the hotel staff and questions, and very clean.
