I love the room. But not the viene too much as there was a construction going on in front of tower #2

Not having the choice of tower one or tower two. Just given tower #2

The room was cheaply painted and decorated. They put us on the 19 floor when i stated I had children with me. Unsafe belocny. I paid $2,500 for ocean view and was put in the second sister building. Upstairs pool was dirty, they dont allow you to vape outdoors. Parking garage is terrible tight spots. Middle elevator in second building always stops at floor 11. Construction right outside our window.

I loved the view from my two-bedroom condo, I was able to view a beautiful sunrise and a lovely sunset all from my unit. I was very confused upon arriving as to what I needed to do to find parking and how unloading my luggage would all work. I eventually figured it out! I was not very happy about having to do a lot of walking to get to my vehicle which was across the street. There was a construction fire beside of the parking deck that frightened us and made us worry if our vehicle was out of harm's way, to our luck it was only damaging to the side of the parking deck building. I would see a shuttle cart to shuttle to the parking lot but it seemed like it was a bother for the worker to offer a ride over as he sat and did nothing! I had the worse experience of my life when checking out. The elevators were slow moving and required a long wait to even get to us for pick up. Once we were finally able to get on an elevator on the 14th floor, we ended up getting stuck on the 12th floor on the way down for 40 minutes. I was thrown into a full-blown panic attack and seen several employees that didn't even seem to care or ask was I ok. Needless to say, I will not be very excited about another return to this hotel again which sucks cause the views were out of this world from the unit.

Terrible construction next door room ac unit wasn’t working properly the hotel needs updated parking is across the street and is not good for the disabled at all.Walked in and the frig was dirty fingerprints all over the humidity in the room made your towels and clothes feel wet. The trip was terrible as far as the hotel will not go back.
