It was close to the pier

The room was very very outdated The pillows on the bed are for a prenatal infant The fan in the bathroom didn’t work The AC stopped working in the middle of the night The TV in the living room didn’t work and had to call maintenance The tv in the bedroom never stayed connected to the internet. It buffered for every 4 mins for 8 mins then disconnected. This happened over and over until we gave up and decided to watch regular tv. Front desk staff needs to be trained on professionalism, empathy and customer service.

Great location on beach next to highway with a pier. Lazy river is located on top of parking garage in tower 2. Staff was friendly. Parking wasn't extra.

Elevators were slow. Alot of stuff didnt work in hotel. Toaster didnt work, refrigerator broke and leaked. Hot water was random as hell. A.c controls were broke had to reset everytime it was used. Would turn off randomly and would make it hot as hell waking you up. Even turned heat on during day with no one touching control. PUT in work order they came said nothing was wrong with some stuff rest they said deal with it gave me extra towels to soak up water from fridge.

We have been visiting Cherry Grove for many years and the Prince is absolutely the best place to stay! Clean, spacious rooms with awesome views, a friendly helpful staff, and easy beach access are all a part of a stay at the Prince. Highly Recommended!

I asked for ocean front. Booking . Com misled me . I contacted booking .com and got no assistance.

Left my suitcase and have to FedEx to the hotel. Chena at the front desk took care of me in a prompt and professional manner. Knew I was in good hands when I first met her bc she wrote everything down. This woman has potential and I hope management comes down and pats her on the back.
