They tried to make me feel better about changing my original reservation by putting me in another site and giving me VIP status. The staff was always great.

The VIP status was not real. We did not really get to have any VIP treatment. I was actually turned away from one of the restaurants even though I was told we could have dinner there.

"Calidad insuficiente para el costo del resort"

La zona de la playa era muy confortable: contaban con camas, toallas, bar y servicio de entrega de alimentos. Además, el área tenía pequeñas piscinas. La chica que nos atendió estuvo atenta.

Tenía muy poca variedad de comida y las opciones eran muy limitadas. El restaurante buffet estaba en otro complejo, por lo que teníamos que trasladarnos en autobús para acceder a él. Solicitamos la revisión de una de las habitaciones porque se estaba mojando y nunca fueron. Además, una persona y un niño se cayeron; gracias a Dios no fue de gravedad, pero pudo haber sido peor. Tampoco repusieron las bebidas solicitadas; en otros resort lo hacen a partir del segundo día, pero en esta ocasión no ocurrió. En general, la relación entre precio y servicio está muy sobrevalorada.
