El aire en la suite G23, no funcionaba bien, prometieron enviar alguien de mantenimiento y nunca fué.

El área de la piscina

Que las atenciones no fueron igual, a la última vez que visite el lugar.Nunca me limpiaron la habitación,no me dieron opciones de cenar a la carta(como la vez que fui),

I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.
