Lifestyle Crown Residence Suites - All Inclusive

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, stains in bathroom, roaches in the room the Tv was not working and no wifi. It was just horrible. They were more focused on saling the vacation membership.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They all were extremely pleasant and nice. They were the best part of the trip.

Upselling was uncomfortable and limited access to all amenities and restaurants made it less than ideal. The food was only average at best and disappointing.

La camera abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Quando facevi la doccia, si bagnava tutto il bagno in quanto la pendenza era sbagliata… inoltre tutta la casa risultava sempre inumidita. Ti fanno perdere un’ora di tempo, con la scusa del regalo di benvenuto, per tenerti bloccato e spiegarti come venderti le case del resort attraverso una formula chiamata VIP, membership. Cibo di scarsa qualità e personale che fa distinzione del cliente a seconda delle mance

The place was ok. The food was good, the room was so so, hard bed & lumpy pillows. The property was kept up but people just leave their trash everywhere. The everyday staff, bartender Jose at the dessert bar was amazing, housekeepers, waitstaff, were all superb. Always smiling and friendly. There is a lot of selling going on. There are timeshares for sale. We were asked several times to take a tour and we declined. There are people waiting in front of the CASABLANCA buffet waiting to sell you things. It’s constant. There is always someone asking to show you something. Within an hour of getting to our rooms, we had 2, we were approached by 2 spa appointment seekers and we booked 3 massages, in front of our rooms and paid cash. That night one in our party fell and hurt their toe. I went to the spa the next morning to cancel and was told that I couldn't get a refund. That the money left the property and that I could either book the massages at a later day of the week, get a credit for 320$ of product or get a certificate to use whenever I returned. I wanted a refund and was told for 3 consecutive days that I couldn’t get one. There is nothing anywhere that states cash cannot be refunded. We booked this on Saturday, canceled on Sunday and was told on Wednesday after days of insisting only a refund was acceptable, to return Friday for the refund. It was like the money was being kept hostage and in the end I only got it back in my hands at 11am while checking out on Saturday. 👎

The staff were really attentive and friendly. It was all very clean. The shuttle bus ran regularly which was great. The restaurants were really nice. Especially the Mexican and Brazilian. The food was very good!

Our apartment was a nice size for the 4 of us. Very clean. But a little dated. The property areas were clean and well maintained. We just wish we’d had a bar we could have had a drink at in the evening. The one at the Crown Residence was poolside and closed at 5pm.
