Lifestyle Crown Residence Suites - All Inclusive

Been there a few times the last 4 years and the service from all staff is always above my expectations. The guest on the other hand, that keeps getting worst, always super loud, no courtesy or decency whatsoever. I had to decide this was my last time staying here when my family and I went for lunch and left out towels on chairs by the pool only to have one of the towels go missing. Explained the situation to guest service and they simply said id have to pay $20 for the missing towel card when checking out. Oh and the food was disgusting.

One of the assigned rooms did not work the door locks or the air conditioning, another had the toilet covered and had no hot water, the staff some were not friendly and treated people contemptuously.

I had a zero communication at the check in second I hay to carried my bags at the third floor they show gal dinner and they just make rice and beans and they tricked us to follow them trying to get me to buy a membership I said that I wasn’t going to buy

Las piscinas, la habitación, la comida aunque puede ser mejor.

Carecen de insternet gratis para los huéspedes y para colmo cobran una tarifa excesiva, debe ser gratis. Nadie va a un resort a conectarse 24 horas a un Internet, así que por lo menos para la ocasión en que se necesite debería estar libre y disponible. El transporte dura mucho para pasar. Un vaso olía a boca en el restaurante. Aún así es buen resort y lo recomiendo, lo aquí expuesto es para que lo mejoren.

Our stay here was very good, the animation in the Pilon area (karaoke) with Julio Cesar Nice was spectacular and made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the waiters at the Pilon area too. The only downside is that the resort has no food varieties and my family and I were expecting more.
