"OK hotel"

The room wasn’t very clean. There was some plastic bag or something under the bed and some dirt is something on the floor of the shower. The bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable pillows. Pool was closed. Food was great and the restaurants on the beach were great

"Comfortable and clean"

This is a great place for people who are not obsessed with generic accommodations (Like a Hilton). This is casual, comfortable, and clean and the ocean views are great. The restaurant has a limited but tasty menu. The staff are helpful. I tested positive for covid and had to stay a few extra days. The hotel staff made quarantine as easy as it could be. Frigate Beach is nice and you can walk from here to other beaches if you don't mind an uphill hike. Staff were gracious with answering our many questions. I'll be back!

Such a great hotel! When we come back to St. Kitts we will stay here again. It’s right on the beach which is perfect and has a lot of dining options nearby too. The room was spacious and the balcony overlooking the water was perfect. The staff is really friendly and helped us out when we missed a tour we had scheduled. I highly recommend!

The beach area on this side is mostly calm and enjoyable. The restaurant food is very good. Dock bar happy hour is a great deal. Services are very accommodating throughout the property and friendly. Great view, and occasionally wonderful wildlife wandering around (monkeys, mongoose). Other guests are also fun and conversational

beach access great need better beach chairs when we arrived I understand it was late but kinda crazy the security guy that took us to our room didn't even offer to carry our bags.
