Secret Harbour Beach Resort

We had multiple cockroaches in our apartment . We got in touch with front desk multiple times on last day but didn’t hear anything back .

Very nice resort. Great reastarant. Beautiful beach. The only thing i was missing -- full body mirror in the unit we stayed in (726 hillside). Otherwise, the unit had a great view and only 1min walk down to the beach.

There were many delays checking in. We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights and they gave away one of our reservations as a no show even though we checked in. No water the first night and when it started working the next morning it was brown coming from the taps. No help from the service people at all I would not recommend anyone staying at this place.

The resort itself is great - intimate, resourceful, and high quality furnishings. We got married here 25 years ago! However, we booked an anniversary trip months in advance, requesting and confirming a one bedroom BEACHFRONT condo and were given a two-bedroom hillside one instead, despite our complaints on checking in. We did not need the extra bedroom, and the hillside was a definite inconvenience. I was encouraged to contact management upon leaving and they stopped responding to my inquiries. Sadly, we will not return.

We had two rooms - 221, which was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable deck furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had also been renovated. Room 222 on the other have was very outdated, no decorations on walls, uncomfortable plastic furniture. The bathroom had a low grade sewer smell and the toilet water regurgitated a yellow-brown color backwash. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Lexie was terrific.
