ease of getting to the property Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was confortable (pillows were quite hard). There were nice shops close to hotel. Also there was a nice bakery close by serving fresh baked goods and coffee.

We were on the second floor with a big tree in front of our window. Didn't really have a view. Would have appreciated a higher floor so the view could match the picture provided when booking the room.

Beautiful views - nice comfy beds

Very intense pinesol commercial cleaner smell upon checking in; instant migraine. Took hours to air it out with all the sliding windows wide open - def interrupted the experience as we didn’t feel well after that. We could have used a comforter for the second bed.
