The veiw over the bay was amazing, with the sea lions on the dock close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, I would happily stay again.

"Clean, great location and friendly staff"

Gorgeous location overlooking the harbour (plus bonus sea lions who were very loud!! But the hotel did warn us and provide ear plugs!). Very friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. Really good value!

The room could use a bit of "zhujjing up". It was a very spacious suite but felt empty and clinical. Some more furnishings, art on the walls, rugs, etc to make it feel cozy and inviting would be great. It just felt like a lot of white, blank walls and cold tile floors, and we would have loved to cozy up with a little electric fireplace or something.

"Fantastic hotel in beautiful Cowichan Bay"

Nice view, sea lions in front of the hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant, clean, spacious rooms

Restaurant only open until 8 pm, please get rid of the tiny plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner and soap and use refillable dispensers that are more eco-friendly, no EV charging possibility
