We had the absolute best experience with Dimi at the Ocean Beach Bar! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome with his warm personality and genuine hospitality. Not only is he attentive and friendly, but he’s also incredibly skilled—our cocktails were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. What really stood out was how effortlessly Dimi created a fun and relaxed atmosphere, checking in at just the right times and making sure we had everything we needed. He clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. If you’re visiting the Ocean Beach Bar, ask for Dimi—you’ll be in the best hands!

Had a great experience at Ocean edge this past weekend…Organized a college reunion with 26 great friends and everything was seamless. Wanted to give a shout out to Jane Callahan and Alina Smakovskaya who helped with the planning with the Villas, golf and Banquet…They were very accommodating and made a great weekend with friends even better. We will definitely come back

Saw this property on the Hilton website under their ‘SLH’ category and booked 3 nights as resort getaway. Our experience was mixed with some great and some just ok. The mansion and view from the terrace restaurant are lovely. One of the high points of our stay was the food quality. We ate almost exclusively at the resort and never had a bad meal – we travel a lot and this is rare. The mansion food service management should be commended. We didn’t love the 'resort' layout - the mansion/guest rooms are set further back from the ocean than the photos lead you to believe. The guest room wings are only 2 stories high. Our Mansion Signature King room was supposed to have a ‘beach view’ but did not as you’re only 2 floors up. You have to walk through a maze of older, dated condos to get from the mansion guest rooms to the ocean. It was unclear how these condos are affiliated with the resort, however the condo guests all shared the too-small pool and beach area with the mansion guests. At high tide guests were crowded together on the small area of beach that the property owns. You can’t go for a long walk on the beach as the properties on either side are clearly posted as ‘private’. Just some things we wish we would have known before booking. The food quality was outstanding and the mansion had upscale amenities in the rooms (L’Occitane). Every interaction with staff members from food servers to housekeeping to beach attendants was upbeat. However the overall resort layout and dated guest rooms (old wallpaper and carpeting) will prevent a future visit from us. We’ve stayed at other Hilton SLH properties and this one doesn’t really measure up.

We stayed at Mansion at Ocean Edge for a long weekend the first weekend of September meeting with family who live in the area. The weather was warm enough to wear shorts and go to the beach without the summer crowds. So, I would definitely go back in September. We stayed in a Premier King in the East Wing, and the location is perfectly centered to go anywhere on the resort. It was close to the Terrace for meals or to sit and enjoy the fire bowls at night with a drink from the bar, or the front lawn for pizza and games, or a walk down to the beach, or the bike rental and hit the rail trail, or the pool and tennis courts. So many things to do. We were also provided a schedule of activities that were happening. The mansion and the grounds of the estate are just breathtaking. The amazing gate and entrance to the resort, the historical furnishings in the mansion, the string lights on the front lawn and the shrubs shaped like waves. The room was decorated with high end cape style furnishings with the extra touches that were appreciated. The books with the history of the area, candy from the Chatham Candy Shop, elegant vintage light fixtures over the head of the bed and the loofah package for the shower. The bathroom and the double door closet with draws were larger than expected. Love the round leather mirror. Even the extra bathroom supplies were in toile bags. We had breakfast and dinner in the Roscommon Room which is a step back in time with the wood, fireplace, bar, antique paintings, windows and ceiling. We were lucky enough to have Webb as our waiter for dinner. The food and drinks at every meal were outstanding, Shrimp Mango Ceviche and Bouillabaisse were the hit of the night. Lunch was on the terrace with views of the water and Petar served up some Ocean Edge specialty drinks. We spent both nights after dinner out on the terrace by the fire bowls meeting new friends and enjoying the warm weather. It could not have been better. All the staff we met were very friendly, hardworking and very helpful. We had such a wonderful time, we are already planning our trip back. We will stay longer to get to use more of the amenities. Next time, I definitely want to do the Sound Bath, lunch at the Beach Bar, spend a night on the front lawn and the enjoy the live music in Bayzo's Pub. Thank you for the bag with take home cranberry and white chocolate cookies!!! Already missing Ocean Edge and looking forward to next time!!!

I had the pleasure of being served by Dimi during my stay at Ocean Edge resort, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. Not only were the cocktails perfectly crafted and beautifully presented, but his warm personality and professionalism set the tone for every visit to the bar. If you visit this resort, make sure to stop by the bar — it’s not just about the drinks, it’s about the experience he creates. Highly recommended!

The Ocean Edge Resort is on the southern end of Cape Cod Bay. It is a large, diverse property with lots of offerings. The property goes down to the Bay shoreline, where'll you find tides, sand bars, and a strip of sand (it's not really a "beach" beach). The best offering the Ocean Edge Resort has, is destination weddings. We attended one of the weddings there this past weekend. In fact, there were three weddings on the property while we were there. The Ocean Edge Resort has good wedding venues (ours was on the beach), good lodging options, good wedding reception rooms, and good food. While the Ocean Edge Resort is good, it's not excellent. What knocked it out of an Excellent/Five Star rating for us was poor management of their Roscommon restaurant, housekeeping staff that ignored our Privacy Please/Do Not Disturb sign on our door, building problems that triggered a false fire alarm during our wedding reception (and forced an evacuation, which was really tough on some of the elderly guests), and foreign guest workers who really aren't invested in the Ocean Edge Resort experience (some of them made it pretty clear they're short timers who just need a paycheck). Disappointments aside, the Ocean Edge Resort is clean, diverse, pretty friendly, and still a good bet to host - and attend - a destination wedding there. very nice. Had to move rooms as the bottom floor can be musty but they did that right away. There was one lady who worked the restaurant inside and out that is a true gem. I wish I could remember her name. Was very impresed with all the staff!
