Twin beds instead of full size were uncomfortable

This is literally paradise. I want a lifetime membership. We will be back.

Nice stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Mark, one of the desk managers even loved my husband a ukulele.

Convenient location on the beach, friendly bar tenders at the restaurant, large clean room, and nice amenities.

Parking was horrible and the food was just alright and overpriced. Booked dinner reservations 7 out of 8 nights at the sea house and cancelled 5 of them. Minimal kids menu options and drinks are not part of the 'kids eat free' program. More food options at the pool snack bar but it closes at 5. Was closer to walk to kapalua bay then to napili bay based on our room location so never actually went to napili bay. We had 1-bedroom oceanfront room and the two twin beds worked perfectly for our kids. Unfortunately, the king bed was not comfortable and likely was quite old based on the divots on each side of the mattress. Read a lot of great reviews prior to booking, but personally, I was underwhelmed. The best part was the lanai and ocean view.

Absolutely Beautiful Resort -we stayed in a studio with a full kitchen and lanai. Kitchen was fully equipped including utensils to use the outdoor grills. There are 4 pools, all with breathtaking views of the bay, the beach is right off the property and they provide beach chairs and towels that can be exchanged for fresh ones through out the day. They have a snack bar with delicious frozen drinks. They have fans and air conditioning in the rooms. Do not hesitate to book here! We absolutely loved our stay.

We had a fantastic week at Napili Kai Beach Resort and would absolutely return! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the property itself was stunning. The included activities were a great touch—we especially loved the lei-making class! One of the highlights was the courtesy room for travelers with late flights, which allowed us to enjoy an extra beach day stress-free. Our only downside was visiting during President’s Week, when the resort was packed with very young children. We expected kids, but the sheer number—especially on the beach and around the property—made it a bit overwhelming at times. However, for families looking for a kid-friendly resort with a safe, beautiful beach, it’s a perfect choice. After the holiday week, the atmosphere became peaceful and relaxing, just what we were hoping for the entire stay. This wasn’t the resort’s fault at all; it was simply a matter of timing. We’d happily return at a quieter time to fully soak in the tranquil experience. Thank you, Napili Kai, for a wonderful stay!
