Napili Kai Beach Resort

We have stayed in the area many times but our first time staying at this resort Very welcoming and friendly.. studio suite was perfect for our short 3 night stay.. would definitely come back

Definitely recommend!

I called, spoke with Hazel and added 1 studio to our existing Expedia reservation. She was efficient and welcoming on the phone creating excitement for our anticipated staycation. Our arrival to Napili Kai was quick, easy, and efficient. Jalin was efficient and accomodating. I asked if we could get a 3rd room and the third room located near our ocean front 2 bedroom and our other studio and she delivered. It was awesome. Very quiet, relaxing, and clean. We had breakfast at Seahouse daily and they were extremely accomodating to our group sizes. They were never the same and always a minimum of 6 and the hostess always said okay to our surprise. We waited 5 minutes each time so they could arrange for our party. Pools were clean and 1 pool and hot tub was next to our 2 bedroom ocean front which made our stay extremely enjoyable. It was our first time staycationing here as a family and we will be back!! Loved every minute of it.

Property was clean and right off the beach. Staffs were nice and friendly.

I did not like the parking near my room. Lot was full and I had to park elsewhere.

Napili Kai was exactly what we were looking for our vacation. The ocean view from our lanai was extraordinary. We saw whales, turtles, breathtaking sunsets, a beautiful rainbow. I called it my magic lanai and said it was giving me gifts. The bed was so comfy, we are considering buying a new bed at home. The kitchen was a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back.

This is a beautiful property and the unit Puna 2 we stayed in was a beautiful well kept studio. Our stay was short due to other plans but we very much enjoyed every amenity. The view of Napili Bay was splendid. The help we received from Mo the concierge who solved the problem of no Uber service was apreciated..

Beautiful resort, great service from check in to restaurant on site to daily cleaning service. The best resort we have stayed in over our 25 years of traveling.

The beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The restaurant offered a perfect vantage point to watch our family playing on the beach. The property wasn't overcrowded or pretentious, it felt friendly and comfortable.
