Wailea Elua- CoralTree Residence Collection

Great location on calm beach. Swimming , snorkeling, kayak, paddle board , and sea turtles right there. No waves, so no boogie boarding or surfing. Very quiet complex with marriot next door, as well as the shops at Wailea, and safeway 6 minutes away. Full kitchen, patio with grill, two small pools (never crowded). The gym was not useful at all.

Great overall , great locations, daily service and proximity to everything . The pullout was not comfortable unfortunately and gym equipment very limited and small.

Wonderful. Great location. 2 minute walk to beach. Great area close to local shops and restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful location-Condo was excellent with a great view from the lanai. A very short walk down to Ulua beach, which was great for snorkeling. Grounds were immaculate and staff was always friendly and helpful.

Near the road, so a lot of car noise all night long (it was tolerable though). You need to go to the office about 1 mile away for keys, then register with security at the gate. The condo was clean, but the kitchen was beset with these tiny crazy ants. You need to keep the kitchen really clean-the ants want sugar and water. The kitchen had new appliances, but the condo was dated from the 1980s. There was a coffee maker, toaster, plates, flatware, pots & pans. The refrig/freezer produced ice, and the maid came daily to replace towels. We washed laundry daily with their stacked washer/dryer machine. There was plentiful parking, and it was an easy walk to the awesome beach. Great for boogie boarding, snorkeling (saw turtles daily), and swimming. Do not be surprised at how busy the Weilea walkway gets, or the beaches. However, the young families usually thin out around lunchtime. Safeway is about 5 miles to the north in Kihei. About 30 minutes from Maalaea Harbor for a memorable trip to Molokini. As you can imagine, it was very busy during spring break, traffic to Lanhaina can be well over an hour most days. The state has been cracking down on people selling home fruits/veggies on the roadside, so not many of them left. The island has become more commercialized, and is not much different from a Miami suburb. Some of the Aloha Spirit has departed. A nice vacation condo, but will likely not return.

Right in front of the complex there is excellent snorkeling. Some even saw turtles. It also has a nice sandy beach for swimming (good for kids) and boogie boarding, wonderful sunset view, two pools, ocean side promenade path, mall with Lappert's ice cream within walking distance, Safeway four miles away and smaller grocery closer. All in all a perfect location for our family. The condo itself had spacious rooms and patio. We used the walk- in closet for a baby's room. The dining table accommodated all ten in our party (from two condos). We payed extra for a fabulous ocean view. Wailea is known for its sunsets. An added nice surprise was that toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. were supplied, and they came in daily to see if we needed anything, clean up, empty trash and change towels (important at the beach).

Great place to stay! Lots of room and within walking distance to beaches and shopping. Nice to have housekeeping each day and washer and dryer in condo!
