Wailea Elua- CoralTree Residence Collection

One of the best places to stay in Maui, especially with a family. Literally, fifty steps from Elua beach and the Wailea beach walk. Sunsets are magnificent!

Quiet well kept grounds with beautiful landscaping. Our oceanfront 2 bedroom was spacious and well equipped. Close access to beach. Beautiful views from our unit. Thank you for the upgrade.

Love this condo! Stayed in condo 104. Very clean, AC was on upon arrival, plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen essentials, complimentary shampoo conditioner bodywash, dishwashing soap and scrubber, ziplocs, trash bags, etc. Views were the best, could hear the waves during your stay, staff nice... office staff was nice too, gave a discount packet to use during your stay, we are staying eight days. Up to date features, beach towels provided, beach chairs. Will definitely return!

We loved our stay, but the housecleaning service is so/so. They basically only make your bed, vacuum and give you new towels. We had to buy toliet paper at one point as they stopped bringing it. Having a kitchen to cook in was very nice and the property is otherwise lovely.

Stayed there for 5 nights with the family incl. two teenagers. This was an outstanding 2 bedroom apartment in a great resort. Make sure you secure #107. The apartment was in great shape, all very modern and well maintained. The kitchen was more than fully equipped with everything you could imagine. There is a propane operated Weber grill on a superb patio with a dining table, chairs and deck chairs. Great for enjoying the sunset. A sunshade and beach chairs are also at your disposal. A short 2 minutes walk you are down at Ulua Beach with amazing snorkelling on the North side without need to swim far from the shore. There is also a nice pool with shades and sun chairs right at the shoreline. Also you have access to the magnificient Wailea Beach path. Im summary: a perfect apartment in a great Resort for an excellent stay on Maui!

We loved the condo! Super clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. The location was great! The beach was within a short walk and it was a great snorkeling beach. I can not wait to go back.

Wonderful view (labelled garden view but was close and could see ocean... see photo.) Grounds were incredibly well kept. They had more types of flowers than anywhere we eent on the island. There was construction in the unit next door but they have to work sometime. The last few days though a big dumpster arrived right in frint of our window and lanai. It could have been tucked away only fifty feet away and out of sight. That really took away from the experience.

Simply wonderful and worth every penny!! We rented two condos and had 8 family members... it was perfect for lounging, cooking, watching the sunset, beach is super close and both pools were great!

The service at this place is a joke. They have you text to talk to the front desk during your stay. When you ask a question you have to wait for the response which is usually to call someone else. They don't have any snorkeling gear or rentals onsite or nearby. You have to make arrangements to rent off site or bring. Check in time is 3pm. Most Hawaii flights arrive early. They have no system in place for guests to change or store items until check in. The front desk will swiftly remind you the check in time 3:00pm and you are early! Bigger issue - I left my $90 tennis shoes and noticed a few hours after we left I didn't pack them. I was told to talk to the house cleaning manager who never responded. I called again the next day I had to leave a voice mail and then received a voicemail "They looked and couldn't find my shoes, Have a nice day - Aloha!" Really!! hours after I left I reached out and this is my resolve? We had a late flight out but could not have a late check out. We were told check out time is 11:00am. I called back the following day and received a voicemail in which I advised I wanted a manager to return my call and discuss a thief on their staff. The man was condescending. I was told they looked, they didn't find my shoes and that this was a courtesy call that they didn't have to respond to...??? Worst Customer service ever!! This should not be a 4.5 star resort. They have awful service and they have no onsite amenities to offer.

We spent 5 nights in this condo with a great ocean view, a 5 minute walk from the grounds to the private beach, and room was stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas making things convenient. A very close walk to the shopping center and Luau next door. Overall a great experience and highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be returning in the very near future.
