The crew here is AMAZING! Shout out to Lettuce, Aiesha, Barbie, cheeky & r@zor they made this the best trip / honeymoon ever!

Barbie was great. She made our experience great. So did R@zzher. The drum solo was to die for. They made our experience warming and flavorful. Lettuce brings the heat. So much fun.

This was my second time visiting thr Alexandra Resort and as expected, I had a fantastic time! The beach is stunning, the food is delicious, the facility is clean as a can be, and the staff is fantastic. I want to give a special shoutout to the entertainment team, many of who were still there from my first visit in 2023: Rhazzor Barbie Lettuce DJ Ding Shaq Tash Kimron Tishane Cheeky Smiley Ace In addition to being fantastic musicians and performers, they are some of the kindest and funniest people I’ve ever met. I always appreciated them remembering my name, encouraging me to participate in activities that ended up being super fun, and simply taking the time out of their busy days to chat with me. I highly recommend this resort, and I hope to come back again!

This was an awesome trip with some great friends to celebrate my wife/mine 25th wedding anniversary! Resort had great food from restaurants like Black Rock/ Fish Deck and even Fire & Ice at sister resort Blue Haven (some of the best on any trip taken). It a smaller size resort which had a laid back vibe if that what you are looking for on a vacation or go nuts and let loose. The staff anywhere on the resort was always happy and more than willing to help make stay more than enjoyable during your trip. There is a A few names that stand out when it came to going above and beyond they were Razor, Barbie, Kimron, Cheeky, Tash, Farrar, Lettuce, Skyers, and Gloria. Thanks Again Alexandra Resort for great trip and can’t wait to return on future vacations!

As soon as we got out of the airport our taxi driver was so friendly. He took us to the resort where we were greeted by Cadmichael. He was so smiley and friendly. Gave us a drink and a cooling towel. Then took us to the room where is breathtaking. So much space and so clean. Our balcony looked over the whole resort! When we went down to get drinks the hospitality was amazing! At coconut bar Kesha and Skyers were amazing! So friendly and funny! If we weren’t drinking at the bar we were playing volleyball in the pool or laying on the beach playing some kind of game with the guest team. Tash, Ace, Razzor, Cheeky, Camron and Lettuce made our stay! They were absolutely hilarious and loved seeing them around the resort with a happy face. They really made this trip! The many options of food were amazing. I have nothing bad to say about that! Having the turquoise grill open late for those late night munches was so clutch! We took a walk down the beach and looked at other resorts and are so glad we chose this one. Not only was there so much to do at the resort we also did some excursions which shout out to Derricka at dream Caicos tour for making the process so easy! I already can’t wait to come back and bring my child next time it was so kid friendly she would love it! Only thing I’d say was a downfall was the gift shop was pretty pricey and the worker inside wasn’t very welcoming so we walked to town for shirts and goodies. Other than that, it’s been spectacular and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Pro's: Service, Location, Beach, Food, Atmosphere, Cleanliness, Free Bike Rentals, Access to Blue Haven, Proximity to downtown and local fish fry. The Service from the entertainment and restaurant teams were 5 star! We genuinely made friends with many staff members and they made sure we had a great time. A few shououts that went above and beyond were Razor, Barbie, Kimron, Cheeky, Tash, Farrar, Lettuce, Skyers, and Gloria (plus one more who rocked the steel drums but forgot her name!). Con's: Room noise, but thankfully we came prepared with a white noise machine for sleeping. A few other guests mentioned shower issues (temp and water pressure) but ours worked fine.

The entertainment team is amazing! Always getting us involved in activities and having fun. Their shows and talents are unmatched. Can’t pick out just one! Rhazzor, Lettuce, Cheeky, Barbie, Shaq… all so amazing. So many things to do never a down moment. Things to do on the beach, the pool and the main stage. They played pool volleyball, danced and always participated with the guests.

The best experience ever. The entertainment group was amazing (Shaw, Rhazzor, Tash, Barbie and Lettuce) I absolutely love them. Best hospitality

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. We spent our last evening at The Fish Deck. A wonderful restaurant. The food was great and the staff really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Nicalos was our waiter. He was attentive, professional, and friendly.
