The Palms Turks and Caicos

Our stay at The Palms Turks and Caicos was absolutely incredible. The resort is beyond gorgeous — lush tropical landscaping, beautiful suites, and one of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen. Every detail felt peaceful, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. A special highlight each morning was breakfast at The Garden. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing, and the food was fresh and delicious. And the fresh-squeezed orange juice? Truly the best we’ve ever had! 🍊 Arleen was the best waitress. The service throughout the resort was warm and attentive, making the entire experience feel effortless and special. We already can’t wait to come back!

As first-time visitors to Turks and Caicos, we enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Our room was beautiful with wonderful amenities. My favorite part of the trip was meeting Erika at The Wish Boutique. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with the item I was selecting. Her best quality is her ability to get to know her customers. She was polite and asked thoughtful questions to get to know me, and not just make a sale. By the time I left the shop, I felt like we were friends and looked forward to bringing my travel friends back to the shop.

Our 4th time to the Palms to celebrate our anniversary. First they have the best part of Grace Bay in our opinion. Lots of room on the beach and in the water. Swimming everyday in those turquoise waters was amazing.We love the updated pool and outdoor dining area including Sisi's. Outstanding menu and our favorite place to dine. Kudos to the bar and restaurant staff. I wish I could list all their names as they were all gracious and first class. Fitzroy stood out as the best server poolside. Abel was a true gentleman setting us up every morning poolside. The beach staff was super friendly and helpful. The overall resort service and hospitality were outstanding as always. Jane was an outstanding hostess and leader at both Parallel23 and the Garden. Our housekeeping staff was also outstanding and thoughtful. The only disappointment was room service speed and menu choices. Staff had trouble accessing current wine list. Wish they would use the menu at Sisi's. However it was only a small part of the overall experience. Finally many thanks to the front desk staff. They accommodated every special request I made to make our 11th anniversary special: a beautiful bouquet upon arrival, recreating some special touches The Palms provided on our honeymoon and finally going out of their way to place us in our favorite building on premises. The Palms will be the only place we stay on Grace Bay, always. Thank you all very much!

Fantastic staff and service. All around beautiful place. 4++ stars. Arlean at the breakfast buffet was always on point and friendly. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Everything was top- notch! Most importantly, all the staff were super nice and welcoming! We loved Jane hosting at breakfast every morning!

The resort is stunning! Our room was fabulous, 5503, penthouse with a rooftop balcony. Great view of the ocean and the pool. Superb location. The room is a good size and very nice. Every detail is thought out and luxurious! The service is excellent and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Jane at the breakfast buffet was the highlight each morning. All the staff are friendly from the landscapers, to pool workers, security and all parts of the resort you are greeted. We received superior service from the front desk, concierge, tour operator, store workers, waiters and waitresses! Our room was always cleaned early and any request made was quickly taken care of whether it was more ice or bottled water. The ocean is stunning and we had our lounges on the beach each day. Lunch at SiSi was great and cinco de mayo was a blast! Not a single complaint and highly recommend! The water is so turquoise blue, it looks fake!

The best experience! Wonderful food and wonderful staff. We were welcomed each morning by Jane and Colmelita at breakfast and they made us feel like family!

Overall, my husband and I had a nice stay at The Palms! We enjoyed the pool and beach areas, the restaurants and bars were great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. The staff we got to know was a highlight for us: Roxanne (hilarious and helpful), Giovanna (also funny and helpful at dinner), Earlie (super friendly, helpful and personalized service at breakfast), Nathan, Ronel and Jonte (all very funny, friendly and helpful), and Miguel (friendly and open to experimenting with non-alcoholic versions of signature drinks for me). We typically only stay at adults only resorts and there were lots of kids around during our visit, but we felt like it was still a good balance for us. The spa was also a standout experience - the staff, the facilities and the services themselves were all top notch. A few bits of feedback: 1) As someone who doesn't frequent beach resorts or bars, it would be super helpful to have a published list of drink options on the menus (instead of just a small number of the resort's custom drinks). We don't know drinks by name, so we just kinda asked other people what they were drinking or asked the bartenders what they'd prepared for someone else to get ideas of what to order. Additionally, as someone who really can't drink it would be really great to have a list of non-alcoholic options -- when I asked if I could try drinks on the menus without alcohol, the answer was almost also that I couldn't because it was taking out ingredients necessary for the overall flavor profile. Totally understandable, but it would be nice to have options that were crafted specifically as a zero proof option. I saw lots of pregnant women around during our stay, so I know they would appreciate it, too! 2) Also, it would be helpful to put felt furniture feet (or something similar) on the ottomans in the rooms - moving them around even a little makes a sound like a banshee (we could hear it in rooms around us as well, not just our own). 3) Turn-down service was never at a time that seemed to make sense to us - it was either around 6PM when we were getting ready for dinner, or when we were already in bed after 9PM. Overall, we'd recommend The Palms to other couples or families looking for a tropical beach escape -- especially if you're coming from New England and looking for a relatively quick and easy trip!

We had an amazing trip to the Palms! We were impressed with the ambiance, facilities, cleanliness, bars/restaurants, and beach front service. The property overall is even better than depicted on the website! The staff were amazingly abundant (wish we could import them to the US) and consistently friendly and helpful. Food and bar were great as well. The swim up bar was a favorite, as were the tuna wontons. We also utilized the spa, which is not to be missed! I wish I could remember more server names, but a few that we recall for great service were Jane, Junte, Emilienne, and Erlie,
