Terrific staff - front desk, Concierge, servers, bartenders and beach team. Quiet, immaculately clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. All staff attentive and SO NICE! Relaxing, beautiful property, quick ride from airport and quick trip to downtown shopping.

What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a reason it’s a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxi’s waiting in the parking lot so it’s easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! Their attendants even cover your chairs with new towels and get you floats or whatever you need. They have kayaks, long boards, floats all for their guests as needed. We even received turn down service in the room! I’ve never stayed at a place that fluffs the pillows, removes the decorative ones, they put slippers by your bed for when you get up along with a chocolate and a bottle of water. They also make sure the lamps are on and all the curtains in the room are closed. After returning for dinner, this is so nice to have! Breakfast is also included in the stay and delicious! The staff is very friendly. The restaurant by the beach is also delicious. We had the tuna wontons, the grouper wrap and the Caesar wrap and all were delicious!! I also enjoyed the spa. Book with Maureen!!! You won’t regret it - Maureen gave the best massage I’ve ever had! She truly has a gift! Overall 10/10 stay and we will be back!

Totally amazing on all levels including but not limited to the ambiance, service and staff. The food way exceeded my expectations at every restaurant on property. It was all a delight.

Beautiful hotel

I recently stayed at the promise which is a beautiful hotel located right on Grace Bay beach. My stay wa amazing.Parallel 23 which is located within the hotel was great. Parallel 23 is a very high end restaurant with a very nice homey feel to it. The staff couldn't be any nicer and our dishes were delicious. Jana welcomed us to the with open arms and Tshard couldn't be more accommodating. It is pricey but everything on the island is. The portions were large and the food was very flavorful. On Friday and Saturday nights there is a singer that place outside. I would definitely try to go when visiting the island. There is also a complimentary breakfast every morning. Reasa Louis took care of us and was friendly and accommodating. There were vast amounts of dishes that were offered for breakfast as well as an omelet station. The rooms are large and kept extremely clean. The pool area is beautiful and the beach itself is beautiful as well. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a beautiful resort on Grace Bay. The units are large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pool area is gorgeous with swim up bar. The food and drink options are excellent here as well. The spa is the best on the island and worth a visit or two! You won't find a better beach in the caribbean. The water is truly stunning. I highly recommend for your next vacation. Some staff who made the trip extra special: Astraneak at breakfast is what all employees should aspire to be: warm, welcoming, efficient. She should teach a class to all staff on what quality customer service truly looks like. Other notables: Paula at the Sisi Bar is a gem; Miguel at the Swim up bar; he has the perfect disposition to handle many people waiting for drinks, and makes the best cocktails. SK at Sisi- a true professional in hospitality; Abel at the pool was wonderful at setting up chairs for us daily. Earl and Cecelia at the spa gave incredible treatments.
