I traveled with my family to attend my good friend’s wedding at The Palms. The wedding was spectacular! The hotel foodservice & bar staff doubled as event staff and they really shined during this event. I had the opportunity to speak with the wedding planner who was gracious & friendly and really showed her abilities with the set up on the beach for the ceremony as well as the transformation of the spa into a catering venue complete with a dance floor. Now for the rest of our stay. The junior suites are well appointed and spacious. With European service, like a cruise ship. The housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient. We had to ask for nothing. The front desk was polite and friendly, always with a warm smile. Bertus in gift shop directed me to town to get makeup as I left mine at home. Fredlyne in Latitudes treated us all like family, but my 6 y/o like her own. He fell asleep on one of the couches as my husband was eating & she offered to get him a pillow & blanket. An incredible kindness. She really was so sweet. Herbie & Paula and the rest of the Sisi bar staff were exceptional. Paula even buttoned my dress for the wedding! And now my girls-Arlean and Jane S at breakfast (Jane was at dinner too). These ladies greeted us with warm smiles in the morning. They made us feel at home. They made sure we had everything we needed and even snacks for the flight home. And of course, big hugs! The beach and pool staff also impressed me, always offering to assist or get a towel or some water. For a place with very limited trash pails, it’s immaculate! For a first time visit to Turks & Caicos, The Palms and all of it’s staff made a great impression and we cannot wait to return.

We had the best time at The Palms celebrating our anniversary. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and well kept. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and attentive, with a particular shout out to Jane, who greeted us each morning with the warmest smile! Highly recommend.

Our experience at The Palms was absolutely incredible from start to finish — truly a dream vacation in Turks and Caicos! Every morning began with the most delicious breakfast buffet, made even better thanks to Erlie and Jane, who greeted us with warm smiles and always helped us find the perfect spot to start our day. Special thanks to Angeline, who perfected our omelets each morning — not just with culinary talent, but with her lovely, uplifting energy that made us feel so welcome. In the evenings, Dwayne took amazing care of us at the bar — serving up delicious cocktails and even better conversation. His helpful advice on how to get around the island made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. And we can’t forget our Sunday Funday — Akeem turned our swim-up bar day into an unforgettable experience, better than any excursion we could’ve booked. His energy, attentiveness, and fun spirit made that day a highlight of our trip! We can’t say enough good things about the staff at The Palms. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made this a five-star stay in every sense. We’ll definitely be back!

First of many reviews here! Erlie at the Garden was awesome, she was very attentive and friendly. We looked forward to eating breakfast there every day and having her as our server. The breakfast there was amazing and always fresh and tasty!

Our family group of sisters traveled to The Palms Turks & Caicos to celebrate a special birthday. The entire complex of buildings and pools are beautiful and the ocean views are stunning. Mac, our butler catered to our every need. The Morning breakfast buffet was delicious with great service by Fitroy, Jane, and Arlene. The rooms were gorgeous and spotless! EVERY staff member we dealt with was so considerate, kind, and friendly. Highly recommend.
