Small room

I had a lovely room that was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and it had everything I needed for a relaxing night to myself. There was ample parking and very good value for money. I plan to stay here in the future when I visit family and friends.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is fine, if you’re just looking for a basic room, but note that they offer no catering. Reception is also only staffed on demand / on arrival / when you ring the bell for initial access, or later in case of emergency. There is so-fi in the hotel, but phone reception is very poor. There was no obvious lounge area, and definitely no bar. The in-room TV was also tiny, with very poor sound, and poor reception. Basically, as I say, fine to stay, but best if you just want a room, which may be exactly as is described

This is a hotel, at the side of a very old golf course in the Lickey Hills. It has no bar, but the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is in the golf club house at the rear. This is no chain hotel - celebrate it's independence and charm, there aren't many left.

I liked everything about it!
