"Hotel was adequate for a one night stay as we were attending a meeting a few miles away. We stayed here a few years ago"

Conveniently located to where we were meeting as a group. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Seemed to be going through an ownership transition. Not many guests staying here. We noticed several maintenance issues, such as missing light bulbs in the lamps, leaking sink drain in the bathroom, no in-room coffee ( coffee pot was there, just no coffee, creamer, sweetener, etc). TV remote did not work, one TV was not hooked up correctly, small things we noticed. Breakfast was good.

Every one on staff friendly, helpful, professional. Great location for those for those visiting Pineville. Nice looking building outside and foyer.

The rooms smell damp and moldy. The shower head is mildewed and gross. (I wiped it down as best I could.) Sheer curtains are tattered. We weren't confident that towels/sheets were sufficiently clean. Owners need to spend money to clean up the place.

It was a beautiful spot the room was spotless and spacious.

The employee there hung the phone up in my face and and cussed out my daughter out. Said he could not go upstairs and ask the resident to quite down and stop running because he was the only one there. But in the same breath said he went upstairs and he didn't hear anything. They have a right to do what they please in their room and I said my parents have a right to peace on their room. We also called reported to booking dot Com. They did not get back with us. WE will not recommend anyone to use your site or book in dot com
