"Very good Experience"

Hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also very nice and clean and everything was fully stocked. The pool area and gym was also clean and maintenance. Would definitely book again. Location is near tons of restaurants and a mall. Great experience!!!

"Rough start but 5 star finish"

So when I first got here I had drove here from stl. 2:45 mins worked 8 hours and then came to check in. Riley was super nice and even though the company information got lost in the sauce we got it taken care of. Grace and josh were great people for conversations. No complaints about my stay. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Will recommend to friends and family if they come this way.

The front desk staff Denise was very careless and rude. Reserved this hotel for a wedding that the whole wedding party was going to and got treated very very poorly. I have never experienced anything like this before at a hotel so it really just left me with a bad taste. Also none of the key cara would work so every time you left your room you had to try and find this lady to let you back into your room. Unbelievable.
