They have a pancake machine but no syrup. The hottub was not very clean

Everything was great. I got here 90 minutes early was allowed to check in early which was really nice

No ‘Welcome to Wyngate’. No instruction on breakfast hours, pool hours, nor availability of addition food or necessity items in pantry. Office chair in room broken and does not adjust up/ down; thus sits at lowest level which makes difficult to use desk. Bed mattress worn with major sunken depression in center, creating difficulty to sleep properly. Room clean. Low Water pressure in sink.

The room was big and the bed super comfortable. The pool was a huge plus for my 2 children, and also the breakfast in the morning was hot and good.

Great accommodations in Peoria. I recommend the Wingate whether you’re on business or need a place to stay. Wonderful staff!! Thanks to the housekeeping crew and also to Kristi at the front desk. Plenty of places to eat nearby and not too far from downtown Peoria. Thanks everyone!

Room was very nice, both room and common areas were extremely well maintained and sparkling clean. Staff was wonderful and accommodated us I every way. Kristina and the whole frond desk staff were fantastic. Breakfast was very good with something for everyone and the tables and eating area were spotlessly maintained.

The shuttle was not available for early morning or late night flights. Shuttle runs from 7AM- 10PM so if your flight is before 8:30 AM and you’re counting on the shuttle it’s a $70 Uber ride. Website say free airport shuttle.

Stayed there when a family member had a surgery. Very accommodating. Quiet and kind staff.

I picked this property because they offered free parking and free airport shuttle. Well they do BUT it only operates certain hours. So if you have an early or late flight, the shuttle does not operate before 7 AM. So if your flight is before 8:15 AM and you need or want the shuttle this property is not for you. When making the reservation the website states free airport shuttle. As of this posting the picture show this. No disclaimer about limited hours. Also a picture shows the same statement when I logged on the wifi at the property. I had a 5 AM flight on American Airlines. The lady at the desk was apologetic and very nice and offered alternative cab services to get me to the airport at my expense. I checked Uber and it would be $64 before tip, Lyft was not available. I’m certain this has been an o going issue at this property because there were 2 cab companies cards prominently displayed right ON the check in counter. So my partner had to get up at 3 AM to take me. The hotel otherwise was clean and the rate was comparable to other hotels close by.

It was a nice hotel. Definitely getting a little worn out. Hot tub and pool were nice but water damage all over the ceiling. Room was nice but ever had that little bit of a run down look. Bed was comfortable. Great if your kid is playing at the Louisville Complex. As close at you can get pretty much.
