"Exceptional stay very accommodating"

It was an exceptional stay toilet seat had blood on it and then there was also bugs in my room, but when I told the service lady she accommodated me another room right away I never received a discount but instead was moved into another room which had no lady bugs overall it was ok I will say the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful

"Shuttle to and from airport"

Shuttle driver would not take us to the hotel. Claimed guest cannot ride with flight crew. And would have to wait on shuttle to come back in 30 mins. After already waiting an hour we booked a Uber because we couldn’t get a ride with the hotel we booked with. Never had any problems at the other hotels in the area. We rode with the flight crew to the hotel 2 days ago no problem.

We had an accessible room but had a terrible time climbing onto the high bed. The mattress was awesome but considering the number of times we get up in the night, we barely slept.

"Fine for an overnight stay."

Extremely nice staff, pretty good breakfast. Clean and quiet. The pool was closed - big disappointment. Fitness room is small - only one treadmill - and it was HOT in there. Interior definitely needs updating. Appreciated the real glasses in the rooms and mints/cookies in the lobby.
