We stayed there a week and plan to return next year. The staff was incredible! They certainly did everything they could to make their guests comfortable! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the jacuzzi! After the third day the jacuzzi went down but before the following morning it was up and running. A tasty breakfast was prepared every morning and the cook was most congenial. The room was delightful! It was more of a suite than a regular room and was delightful! My husband could sleep in the bed in total darkness while I read a book in another part of the room. The environment is quite lovely and a few mini-shopping centers were close by. We ate at a couple of enjoyable restaurants in those centers. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, efficient

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2024. The hotel is well located near good highways, restaurants and a shopping center in what seemed a safe area. The physical facility is very nice with a sofa, table, and chairs: clean with good amenities like an indoor pool with a whirlpool, and a workout room' neither of which we used. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The suites have lots of space; it was clean and had everything one would expect. One highlight was a good shower with good water flow. Negatives were I could never get the safe open (requests for fixing were unsuccessful) and the magnetic key which loses its use easily. The light on the phone blinked most of the time, and no one could remedy this. The room was quiet, but the facility seemed to have few clients. They had the broadest range of foods available I've seen although many were not all that healthy. I admit I am not a fan of the free breakfasts that many hotels have. A high quality coffee and juice would resonate with me. Check in and out was efficient, and all the workers were friendly.

The Temperpedic beds were the best! Staff was friendly, efficient and hard working. All our needs were met above and beyond! Well run hotel with top notch management! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was extremely quiet! Can't wait to return!

Very nice hotel. Exceptionally clean. Some updates in the bathroom might be helpful, such as better counter space and adjustable pressure shower head.

This was the cleanest hotel pool I have ever been to. Many choices for breakfast. Very comfortable beds! Great stay!

The staff was wonderful. the Breakfast was mostly already prepared foods but was OK. It was very convenient to places that we needed to use. Not many great restaurants in that area and did not like trying to drive around Peoria. The room was very clean and quiet.
